The power to heal lives within each of us. I believe we are each our own best healers, and we aren’t meant to do this work alone. I will walk with you through the challenges and guide you in living life aligned with your values instead of being controlled by your fears so you can become the best version of yourself.

Hey! My name is Jayme and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Saint Paul, MN. I specialize in providing evidence-based therapy to individuals with chronic anxiety, self-doubt, shame, and repetitive behaviors. I know the deep healing that can happen in therapy, which has changed my life, and it is an honor and privilege to work as a therapist and help others find their strength, renew their hope, and live in alignment with their best selves. I believe in practicing what I preach and continue to engage in my own healing work to learn, unlearn, and be the best version of myself for the individuals I am honored to serve.

I aim to provide a compassionate, accepting, and collaborative therapy environment. I am committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space with regard to all races, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, religions, ages, and all people. I am aware of my privilege as a white, cis-gender, heterosexual female and actively work to be aware of and challenge the biases I grew up with living in America. I welcome an open dialogue in regard to any and all issues so we can create an authentic, genuine connection and a safe space for your healing.

My mission is to create a multidisciplinary network of healing professionals to help people with OCD and anxiety disorders achieve whole-person well-being and elevate their healing in the therapy space and beyond.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2017 and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2012.
